	New Fume Cupboards

	The Optiflow Aerodynamic Fume Cupboard 1200, 1500mm, 1800 or 2000mm wide x 900mm deep, meeting the specifications of Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 of BS7258 (1994). the containment figure of less than 0.001ppm remains stable at face velocities of between 0.2m/sec - 0.7 set. Cabinet outer casing is manufactured from galvanised mild steel with powder coated finish. The front of the unit is aerodynamically shaped to reduce air turbulence. Incorporating a vertical sliding sash in 6mm toughened safety glass with fail safe weight mechanism.

The work surface is typically cast epoxy, however, optional surfaces are stainless steel and solid grade laminate depending on application. A stainless steel front airfoil is fitted in a position just above the working surface.

Control of the unit is via an electronic airflow monitor located on the cabinet fascia and incorporating the following features: fan start/stop, air fail alarm and mute, sash high alarm and mute and airflow indication.

The Optiflow Aerodynamic Fume Cupboard can be supplied with powder coated mild steel support frame and vented flammables storage unit(s).
